A true friend

You know, there are not many people we can really call true friends. As a matter of fact the word friend, i believe they overuse the word. Or rather mis-use the word. We call people friends that we barely know. Add them on Facebook and magically they are a friend.
Friends are people you go out with and do some dumb things with. And not dumb like get in jail dumb. You go and and be crazy! be yourself. maybe go and just sit at the field and talk. Or play a bit of football, even though you suck shit. And Most of all, you have their back, and you cheer them on. You do what you can, when you can. Even if you get in get in fights, they are still there for you. As you for them.
I have been blessed with two friends like that. And Im thankfull for them.

Saying goodbyes

Never easy, & never fun. But somehow and sometimes needed. Ever had to say goodbye to a loved one, before they passed on? Or to a long time friend bc you had to move. They are really never easy. No matter how many times we approach it. I remember when I had to go and speak to my Aunt becky before she passed away. I wasnt gonna do it. In fact I didnt. But now i wish i did.
In a way, they make you stronger. But not for the next goodbye. No matter how many times you say it. It never gets any easier. This past week a family friend passed on, and it was still just as hard. Enjoy every second you can. Dont be mad, dont hate, and dont hold grudges.

Family

I cannot stress the importance of family. No matter what they will always be there for you. Thankfully & Unfortunatly I have a huge family. 13 aunts and uncles, too many cousins, 5 brothers and 1 sister. Spend time with your family as much as possible. Because at any moment they can be gone.

Hope

When I was in my lowest of the low, life became something I was willing to leave. I was considering leaving the world quickly. Hope was harder and harder to see. Life gets hard sometimes right?

The hardest part about falling down, is getting up. Its not easy but no path ever is. We remember the bad easier than we should remember the good. The things, and the people who make us smile. When life hits those bumps, You have to have hope, because without it, shit...... without hope.....sigh. Just dont lose it.

A Simple Man-Gay Marriage....

I am the man of simple things. You see I never had much growing up. Just a pain in the ass brother (one at the time) and my PS2. I didnt really want much, Just someone by my side. And I still want that. Dont you? We all do. I remember when I was younger all I wanted was my brother next to me in medal of honor. Saving my ass, and Having my six.(back) someone to stand by my side. Always.

Which brings me to gay marriage. Am I pro or con? Let me think (1 sec later) YES I AM PRO! why? because they deserve every right to be just as happy or unhappy as everyone else. they HAVE the RIGHT.they put up with so much shit as it is, dont think for a minute, that they deserve any less than the rest of us. And I, myself am a strong christian man. Against my beliefs? yes, but they deserve it. They human just like us, they eat, sleep, fuck, and shit just like any other straight man. Its a different time, its time for change. gays have been, bullied, riddiculed, discriminated, and even killed in the past, all because they love someone of the same sex. You cant stop them anyway! if you wanna get technical, they can be married under common law. I know a few gay couples that are actually married under common law. Give it to them. They the right to be recognized under the state as a family. Because they are. Because they are human. Because this nation is one that changes, when times change. The gays arent hurting us, hell I think they have better morals than more than half the people i meet. Give it to them. Blacks and whites marry each other. mexicans and asians, why cant a man and a man have the same right? They earned it, long ago. Payment is well overdue.
